About the firm
SA Project Management is an independent consultancy registered in New Jersey, serving organizations across the United States and Canada. We advise on and deliver project, program and PMO work, and we help delivery teams put AI to work.
Delivery is a craft. AI is a tool for it.
Most of what goes wrong in projects is not technical. A plan nobody believes. A status report nobody trusts. A decision nobody will make. We have spent our careers inside those situations, on capital programs, technology transformations and the PMOs that try to hold them together.
AI changes the economics of the clerical half of project work. Reports can draft themselves. Meetings can produce decisions. Risk registers can be kept honest by a machine that never gets bored. That frees the people, if the organization is ready for it, and if someone sets the rules. That is the work we do.
We are deliberately small and deliberately independent. We do not resell software, we take no referral fees and we do not place contractors. Our only product is advice and delivery that works, and our only measure is whether your people can carry it on without us.
How we are organized
The firm is a New Jersey limited liability company, Ser Alagthad Project Management Services LLC, trading as SA Project Management. Our consultants are senior practitioners who have run programs and PMOs themselves. We work remotely with on-site weeks at the points that matter, across the United States and Canada.
What we are working towards
A practice where every engagement leaves a client with three things: a delivery organization that tells the truth, AI doing the paperwork under clear rules, and people who lead projects rather than administer them. Our workshops and coaching exist to spread that further than our consulting hours can reach.

Independent
We do not resell software, take referral fees or staff bodies. Our only product is advice and delivery that works.

We sit with the project team, open the schedule and read the risk log. Assessment from a distance is guesswork.
Honest
If AI will not help, we say so. If the project cannot be rescued on the current budget, we say that too.
Teachable
Every engagement leaves your people able to do the work without us. Dependence is a failure of consulting.
