Project Management Coaching

Courses teach the method. Coaching builds the judgment. We work with project managers on their live projects, their real stakeholders and their real decisions.

What you get

Outcomes, not deliverables

Every engagement is scoped to these outcomes and reviewed against them.

  • A development plan tied to the manager’s current project
  • Fortnightly sessions on real situations, with preparation and follow-up
  • Skills in stakeholder handling, planning, risk, negotiation and AI-assisted work
  • Visible change the manager’s leader can see within a quarter
How it runs

Four steps

  1. Baseline

A structured conversation with the manager and their leader about where they are and where they need to be.

  2. Plan

Three to five goals, each tied to something happening on their project.

  3. Coach

Fortnightly one-hour sessions for three to six months, with short tasks in between.

  4. Review

A closing review with the leader. Honest, specific, forward-looking.

Who it is for

A good fit when

  • New project managers stepping up from technical roles
  • Experienced managers taking on a bigger or more political project
  • Teams of project managers an organization wants to lift together
