What kind of firm is SA Project Management?
An independent consultancy in New Jersey, serving organizations across the United States and Canada. We advise on and deliver project, program and PMO work, and we help organizations put AI to work in their delivery teams.
Do you sell software?
No. We are tool-neutral, take no referral fees and do not resell platforms. Our recommendations are ours.
How do engagements start?
With a short discovery call. If we can help, we propose a scope, a timeline and a fixed fee or retainer in writing. If we cannot, we say so and point you somewhere better.
How do you price?
Fixed fees for defined scopes, monthly retainers for ongoing roles, and day rates for short reviews. Book a call and we will give you a number after we understand the work.
Do you work on site?
Yes, across the United States and Canada. Much of our work runs remotely with on-site weeks at the points that matter: discovery, recovery and hand-over.
Are the free tools really free?
Yes. The BRIEF Builder, the AI Readiness Score and the AI Use Policy template are free to use and download. No sign-up is required.
Do you run public training courses?
Yes. We run scheduled live-online courses in project and program management, agile and hybrid delivery, risk, AI for project teams and the BRIEF method, open to individuals. The same courses run privately for organizations, tailored to their projects. See the training page.
How do you handle confidential information?
Under NDA, inside your approved platforms, with nothing uploaded to any AI service without your security team’s approval.
